Cancellations, 
Rescheduling & No-Shows

Policies

We kindly ask that all clients provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 25% fee of the total service booked.

- No Shows (failure to arrive for an appointment without notice) will result in a 50% fee of the total service booked.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled outside of the required notice period often can not be re-filled, resulting in lost income for our stylists. This policy is in place to protect their time and ensure fairness to all clients.

All outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full prior to rebooking any future appointments
